Utah's broad reciprocal list + separate UBE membership

Utah publishes ~43 recognized reciprocal jurisdictions AND is itself a UBE state (min score 270), so a candidate can enter Utah either via years-of-practice AOM (reciprocal list) or via a portable UBE score, whichever is faster.

Arkansas' explicit reciprocal list (partial capture)

Arkansas' Board of Law Examiners maintains and publishes a formal 'Recognized Reciprocal Jurisdictions' list; being admitted in one of these lets an attorney apply for Arkansas AOM (3 of past 5 years practice).
